A handful of pine nuts (to decorate)

Start the recipe with the preparation of the Bechamel sauce, place the water in the Thermomix bowl and place the broccoli in the basket, program.
20 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Discard the water and put the cooked broccoli in the Thermomix bowl to shred, program

With the help of the spatula, clean the remains from the wall of the Thermomix bowl, then add butter and flour, program.
