We put in our thermomix glass the 100 gr of prawns, the 80 gr of cream, the chilli, the 15 gr of tomato concentrate and the 10 gr of butter and mix 10 seconds / speed 5
We put a piece of plastic wrap and place a fillet of hake and put the mousse on top, cover it with another fillet of hake and roll well so that there is no air left and put a new layer of plastic wrap and put it inside the varoma container
We put in our thermomix glass the white wine, the water, the orange, the orange juice and 20 gr. of butter. Grind 15 seconds / speed 7 Put the Varoma in its position and program 25 minutes / Varoma / speed 1
Remove the Varoma and prick the roll with a skewer to release the liquid inside.
