100 grams of walnuts
200 grams of fondant chocolate (min. 50% cocoa) in 2-3 cm pieces
100 grams of butter at room temperature, in 2-3 cm pieces
3 eggs
90 grams of sugar
50 grams of ground almond
200 grams of bananas in 5 mm slices
Preparation of brownie muffins of nuts and gluten-free banana with thermomix
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place 12 cupcake liners in a 12-cup muffin tin and set aside.
