Ingredients
- 20 grams fresh ginger, peeled,
- 4 grains of black pepper,
- 1250 grams of water,
- 300 grams of sugar,
- 6 lemons.
Instructions
- Put in our thermomix glass the peeled ginger and the pepper together with 1/2 litre of water and grind everything 30 seconds / speed 5
- Then we program 6 minutes / 100º / speed 1
- Take out the mixture and strain it, leaving the liquid in a bowl while it cools down. Put the ginger and pepper that has been left in the strainer back in our glass and add another 1/2 litre of water and repeat the process for 30 seconds / speed 5
- Then we program 6 minutes / 100º / speed 1
- We took the mixture out and strained it and put it together with the rest of the liquid we had in reserve
- Now we put in our thermomix glass the sugar with 250 grams of water and we mix 3 minutes at 90º, speed 1
- We let the mixture cool down and then mixed it with the ginger juice we had in reserve.
- We add the juice of the lemons, strained, stirred and kept cold.
It is now ready to be served very cold with ice
