Ginger ale or ginger sorbet ingredients with thermomix

    Ingredients,for 1.5 liters approx.

    • 20 grams fresh ginger,peeled,
    • 4 grains of black pepper,
    • 1250 grams of water,
    • 300 grams sugar,
    • 6 lemons.

    Preparation of ginger ale or ginger sorbet with thermomix

    1. We put in our glass of thermomixel peeled ginger and pepper along with 1/2 liter of water and crush everything
    2. 30 seconds/speed 5
    3. After we program
    4. 6 minutes/100º/speed 1
    5. Remove the mixture and strain it and leave the liquid in a reserved part in a bowl while it cools.
    6. and the ginger and the pepper that has remained in the strainer,we put it back in our glass and thermomix
    7. We add another 1/2 liter of water again and repeat the process again
    8. 30 seconds/speed 5
    9. After we program
    10. 6 minutes/100º/speed 1
    11. We remove the mixture and strain it and join it with the rest of the liquid that we had reserved
    12. Now we put in our Thermomix bowl the sugar with 250 grams of water and mix
    13. mixing 3 minutes at 90º,speed 1
    14. Let the mixture cool and then mix it with the ginger juice that we had reserved.
    15. Add the lemon juice,strain,stir and keep cold.
