Ingredients of Galician Octopus with the Thermomix
For three or four servings you need to have the following products:
400 grams of cooked octopus legs.
250 grams of potatoes.
Half a liter of water.
1 bay leaf.
Half an onion.
Salt, olive oil and paprika.
Preparation of Galician Octopus with the Thermomix
Once you have all the ingredients in the kitchen, put on your apron and follow these steps:
Start by peeling the potatoes and onion, then cut them into cubes.
Next, pour both the water, the bay leaf and the onion into the robot’s glass.
You will have to program it at spoon speed, turn to the left and Varoma temperature for about 8 minutes, approximately.
The potatoes should be covered in the Varoma tray.
On the other hand, pour the octopus legs into the basket and this into the glass in turn.
It will be programmed, with the potatoes in the Varoma, with the same parameters as on the previous occasion, except for the time. In this case it will be 20 minutes.
All that remains is to place the potatoes in a bowl, drain the octopus legs and cut them into cubes.
These will be placed on top of the potatoes and then a little oil, salt and paprika will be poured on top.
