BASE ELABORATION

1. Cookies to the glass, 10 seconds / speed 6, put aside in a bowl.

3. We line the mold, base and walls with baking paper, turn the cookies over and distribute them in the bottom, we will press with the back of a glass or similar. We take to the fridge while we continue with the recipe

PREPARATION STUFFED

1. Eggs and sugar in the glass,
2. 40 seconds / speed 4
3. then the cheese and zest,
4. 10 seconds / speed 5
5. we overturned on the base.
6. Oven previously preheated to 200° C / heat up and down
7. We bake about 40/45 minutes / after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean.

GLAZE MAKING

1. Make the caramel with the sugar in a saucepan over moderate heat. When it is ready, turn it off, remove it and add the very hot cream without stopping to stir. Add the drained gelatin (previously hydrated in cold water), stir and pour it into a jar.
2. Take the cake out of the fridge and pour the frosting on it.
3. We take it back to the fridge for about 2 hours to set the surface.
4. Then, we unmold, plate and finish decorating to taste
5. I have put little stars of cheese in slices (type tranchetes).
