Ingredients
1 kilo of figs
22 grams of lemon juice
352 grams of brown sugar
152 grams of sugar
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Wash the figs and remove the stem.
Add the figs to the glass of the robot along with the other ingredients. Program a
progressive speed 5 – 10/30 seconds.
Then, without the beaker, reprogram to
speed 3 / Varoma temperature / 25 minutes.
