We start by placing all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl and program

While it is done we are going to prepare 2 bowls or 2 saucepans that one fits in the other.
In the largest one we will fill it with water and ice and it will serve to cool our English cream
When we finish our thermomix with what we had programmed, we pour the content into the bowl or small casserole
then we put that small bowl or casserole in the larger one with the water and ice and move constantly until it cools completely.
