2 duck breasts
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
3 shallots
1 egg
610 grams of sausage without skin
a bit of parsley
1 tablespoon of flour

45 grams of hazelnuts
4 tablespoons olive oil

When you have gathered the indicated ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
