Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1/4 onion.
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour.
  • 80 grams of grated cheese of 3 cheeses.
  • 1 egg.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • 500 ml of water

Preparation

  1. The first thing we are going to do is cook the broccoli
  2. for which we will put the broccoli in pieces in the varoma container
  3. We will put half a liter of water in our Thermomix bowl and place the varoma container in its place and program
  4. 25 minutes / varoma temperature / veracity 1
  5. When finished, carefully open the varoma container so as not to burn ourselves, place the broccoli in a source
  6. We put the onion and garlic in our Thermomix bowl and chop
  7. 10 seconds / speed 6
  8. We add the broccoli that we had reserved, the egg, the grated cheeses, the flour, a little salt and pepper and we chop everything again
  9. 30 seconds / speed 5
  10. A dough will be created with which we will make our pancakes
  11. With the hand we will make our pancakes as if we were making hamburgers and fry them with a little oil in a pan, until they are golden brown on the outside
