Vegetable curry ingredients with pineapple and coconut milk with thermomix
250 grams of pineapple cut into pieces
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained.

300 ml unsweetened coconut milk from the can
1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
1-2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin (or more to taste)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika powder (optional)
a teaspoon of cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation of vegetables curry with pineapple and coconut milk with thermomix
cut the vegetables into small pieces to our liking and reserve in a bowl
put the onion in pieces in our thermomix plate and chop
