1 tablespoon milk powder
2 Envelopes of Royal Curd

We will start to make our curd by putting the fresh milk and the rennet sachets and the powdered milk in our Thermomix bowl and program

with this we will have mixed the ingredients well now we will proceed to program
5 minutes/temperature 80ºC/speed 3
We put the milk with the rennet still hot in the different glasses or bowls where we will later serve our curds,cover them with plastic wrap and put them in our refrigerator for 10 hours
