Once with these foods, it is time to get down to work:
The first thing is to cut the bread into pieces and put it in the glass of the Thermomix. Program the robot to turbo speed for a few seconds so that it is more or less chopped.
Then, pour the bread into a bowl and over it the salt and about 70 grams of warm water. Mix everything very well and let it rest.
Then you have to peel the garlic.
Pour the garlic into the Thermomix bowl together with the chorizo and bacon, previously chopped, as well as the olive oil, then you have to program the robot
speed 1 / varoma temperature / 15 minutes
Next, the ingredients will be removed and kept, while the glass is added the bread and a little more oil, It will be programmed to
varoma temperature / spoon speed / 45 minutes.
When approximately five minutes are left, the reserved ingredients (chorizo, bacon and garlic) will be added to the bread.
It only remains to serve it. To do so, keep in mind that there are places in Spain where the migas are accompanied by grapes, roasted peppers, oranges, grapes or sardines.
