Ingredients
750 grams of aubergines
520 grams of peeled fresh prawns
320 grams of water
160 grams of grated cheese
bechamel
Salt and black pepper to taste
220 grams of Serrano ham in threads or strips
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Cut the aubergines in half and add salt. Put them vertically on the Varoma that place it on the robot. At the same time, in the glass of that add the water and program to
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Remove the contents of the glass and empty the aubergines inside. Then place them on a cookie sheet.
The meat that you have removed from the aubergines is put in a bowl together with the prawns and the ham, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything well and fill the aforementioned aubergines with that result.
Next, top the aubergines with the béchamel sauce and then the grated cheese.
