Hello companions. For this weekend, I bring you a delicious dessert, which, in addition to being simple, is delicious.
It’s about cheese panna cotta, I wanted to give it a different touch, adding a biscuit base to the cocoa, thus a succulent cake that is eaten in 2 or 3 bites, also a nice presentation if you have an event.

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Panna Cotta with biscuit base with thermomix
(for 16 small or 8 large)
BASE
240 grams cookies (the ones you have)
30 grams pure cocoa powder
95 grams butter
panna cotta
625 ml cream (to mount)
125ml milk
190 grams cream cheese
150 grams brown sugar (if you use blanquilla, 125 gr)
1 tablespoon and a half vanilla essence
9 neutral gelatin sheets (approximately 15 grams)

BASE
Cookies and cocoa in the glass
8 seconds / speed 8
Set aside in a bowl and add the melted butter, mix.
Pour into the molds and press with the back of a glass or similar. Reserve in fridge

All ingredients must be at room temperature
We put to hydrate the gelatin in cold water
All the ingredients in the glass, with the exception of the gelatin, we program
6 minutes / 90° / speed 2
Let the temperature drop a bit.
Drain the gelatin and add it to the glass
10 seconds / speed 3
We take the bases out of the fridge and, very carefully, we fill the molds. If little bubbles have been generated, with the help of a toothpick, we explode them.
We leave in the fridge for about 4/6 hours. Then, we unmold (in my case, being the silicone molds), and we finish decorating to taste. If you do it in small glasses, you can also decorate it, with whatever you like.
