Ingredients
160 grams of dark chocolate
77 grams of sugar
200 milliliters of cream
3 gelatin sheets
200 milliliters of milk
66 grams of fresh cheese
100 grams of cheese to spread
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the chocolate and milk into the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 2 / 90º / 6 minutes.
Hydrate the gelatin, as directed on the package, and then drain it and add it to the glass. Program a
speed 3/30 seconds.
Add the two types of cheese, the cream and the sugar, to the glass. Put the robot to work
speed 3/30 seconds.
Divide the contents of the glass into the glasses where you are going to serve the petit suisse and put them in the refrigerator for at least two or three hours before serving.
