Ingredients
- 250 grams of chocolate fondant in large pieces
- 250 grams of milk chocolate broken into pieces
- 80 grams of lard
- 200 grams of whole pistachios, peeled
Preparation
- to start the recipe we put the choclates in the Thermomix bowl and program
- 30 seconds / progressive speed 5-10
- We add the cocoa butter and program
- 5 minutes / 37ºC / speed 2
- We add the pistachios and mix
- 15 seconds / speed 3
- We take a mold, we put baking paper under them and we put the mixture well distributed
- Let it cold down
