- 1 egg
- 1 heaped tablespoon mustard
- 1 heaped teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- a pinch of salt
- a bunch of spring onions (cut into smaller pieces)
- 270ml sunflower oil
Preparation of green onion mayonnaise with thermomix
- We put all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl except the oil and mix
- 20 seconds / progressive speed 6-10
- we put the butterfly on the blades of the thermomix and start beating
- 4 minutes / speed 3
- when it takes 1 minute of the time, we are pouring the oil in a trickle little by little through the mouth
