Mint panna cotta ingredients with thermomix
3 tablespoons of mint syrup
100 grams of sugar
5 sheets of edible gelatin or 1 sachet of neutral gelatin
75 grams of liquid cream
150 grams of whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar or vanilla essence
Fresh mint leaves to decorate
Preparation of mint panna cotta with thermomix
Place enough cold water in a bowl or container to hydrate the gelatin sheets or, alternatively, a little milk (about four tablespoons) and the neutral-flavored gelatin sachet to hydrate.
While the gelatin is hydrating, place in the Thermomix bowl to mix the 250 grams of cream, the rest of the milk, sugar and vanilla, program.

Once the ingredients are well mixed in the thermomix, add the gelatin that has already been previously hydrated, in the case of being the leaves, drain a little and pour them into the preparation, program.

Then pour in the mint syrup and program.

Pour the mixture into the containers you prefer, they can be jars or short glass cups, the important thing is that they are resistant to cold for a few hours.
Refrigerate the mint panna cotta servings for at least 4 hours.
When the mixture is solid, decorate with some fresh mint leaves, its intense green color will give a beautiful contrast and subtlety in the presentation of this creamy dessert.
Serve cold and give your guests a fresh mint-flavored dessert.
