Today we bring another recipe from our friend Luz Maria Lagoa Vives. Today I share with you a recipe for cream-filled pastry sticks, which remind me of my childhood when I used to help my grandmother on Saturdays to go shopping, I always chose these sticks or the Pink Panther, well, certainly all the pastries from that time were irresistibly delicious, but these, particularly, I liked more.

Chocolate Cream-Filled Pastry Sticks with thermomix
400 grams chocolate (of your preference, I have used 72% dark)
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Preparation of Chocolate-filled cream sticks with Thermomix
Instructions
FILLING PREPARATION
All the ingredients into the mixing bowl, program
7 minutes / 90°C / speed 4
Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap (in contact with the cream), to prevent a crust from forming.
Once cooled, refrigerate for 1 hour until ready to use.
STICKS PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 200°C / top and bottom heat
Unwrap the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 4 pieces.
Remove the cream from the refrigerator and place it in a pastry bag.
Place the cream in a zigzag pattern in the middle of each square, fold one side, and with the beaten egg, brush the dough and close with the other side, flip it over, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15/18 min.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
COVERAGE PREPARATION
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, for this, place a saucepan with water over the fire and on top, a bowl with our chopped chocolate, stir and add the oil.
Transfer to a small jug to make it easier to cover the sticks.
FINAL PREPARATION
Place parchment paper on your countertop, and on top, on a wire rack, place our sticks.
Cover them with chocolate. Tap lightly to remove excess chocolate and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate sets. NOW JUST ENJOY, BON APPÉTIT!
