260 grams of cooked chestnuts
52 grams of roasted hazelnuts
Orange zest
75 grams of chopped dark chocolate
1 tablespoon brandy
152 grams of milk
3 eggs
62 grams of butter
125 grams of sugar
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the hazelnuts to the glass of the robot and program a
speed 5/3 seconds.

Add the chocolate and program to
speed 9/5 seconds.

Pour the chestnuts and milk into the glass. Put the robot to work
speed 5 / reverse turn / 90º / 10 minutes.
Drain the chestnuts and let them cool.
When they are cold, add the chocolate and hazelnuts to the glass as well. Program a
speed 4/10 seconds.
Then add half the sugar, the egg yolks, the butter, the zest and the brandy. Program a
speed 5/20 seconds.
Pour the contents of the glass into a baking dish.
Clean the glass and place the whisk in the robot. Then add the egg whites and put the robot to work
speed 3 ½ / 37º / 3 minutes.
In the previous step, when the 2 minutes have passed, add the rest of the sugar through the jar.
Pour the contents of the glass also into the mold and put it in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for about 30 minutes, approximately, at 190º.
