Ingredients
260 grams of chocolate fondant for desserts
105 grams of butter
105 grams of icing sugar
105 grams of pastry flour
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
3 egg whites
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Put the butterfly on the blades.
Add the butter at room temperature, the icing sugar and the vanilla sugar to the Thermomix bowl. Program a
speed 2/10 seconds.
Then add the egg whites, salt and flour. Program, without beaker, to
speed 2/1 minute.
Pour the contents of the glass into a pastry bag that has a smooth nozzle and let it rest for fifteen minutes.
After that time, put greaseproof paper on two baking trays. Then, with the sleeve, he shapes the cat’s tongues, which are shaped like sticks, on top of those.
Put the first tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 9 minutes at 180º. Then do the same with the second tray.
Prepare the chocolate as indicated on the package and when it is ready, pour it over the tongues.
