When you’ve gathered all of those ingredients, follow these steps:
Add to the glass of the robot the two types of sugar, the butter and the egg. Program a
speed 3/30 seconds.
Then add the coconut, flour, salt, yeast, baking soda, and rolled oats. Program a
speed 4/40 seconds.
Make balls with the resulting dough and place them on a baking tray, with greaseproof paper.
When you have them all, put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 10 minutes at 170º.
