Preparation

4. Remove the basket and let the pumpkin cool.
5. Pour the water out of the glass and pat it dry. Then, add the lemon peels, the anise beans, the salt and the sugar to it. Program a
6. speed 10/30 seconds.
7. The next step will be to add the eggs, flour, pumpkin, milk and anise liqueur. Put the Thermomix to work
8. speed 4/30 seconds.
9. Then let the dough rest for around 45 minutes.
10. After that time, add the oil to fry and put it to heat. When it is ready, pour about three tablespoons of the dough into it and fry them.
11. When they are fried, you pour the honey on top.
