Ingredients for semifreddo chocolate and coffee cake with thermomix
250 grams of whipping cream (very cold)
100 grams of condensed milk
100 grams of chocolate
1 tablespoon instant coffee
50 ml of hot liquid coffee
Preparation of semi-cold chocolate and coffee cake with thermomix
put the chocolate in a bowl
we put the liquid coffee in our Thermomix bowl and add the instant coffee (which serves to enhance the flavor) and dissolve
30 seconds / speed 7
We put it in the bowl with the chocolate and melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie and let it cool
while we whip the cream with our thermomix
Meanwhile, we are going to whip the cream well that we will have it very cold from the fridge, in this way it will whip perfectly.
Once the cream is assembled, we add the melted chocolate and mix

Add the condensed milk and mix

we put our mousse in the molds up to the edge and put them in the freezer for 6 hours
Once ready, carefully remove them from the molds and serve them with a sprinkle of bitter cocoa on top.
