Chocolate and Caramel Cheesecake with Thermomix
Today we are going to prepare a spectacular cheesecake with chocolate and caramel, a cheesecake that just by seeing it will make our mouths water.

Ingredients
- 2 packages of Oreo cookies
- 100 grams of butter
- 50 cl of cream cheese
- 60 cl of cream
- 150 grams of chocolate milka with caramel
- 1 tablespoon jelly
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
Instructions
- First we put the butter in pieces in the Thermomix glass and program 2 minutes / Temperature 60 ° C / speed 2
- Add the oreo cookies and mix 12 seconds / speed 8
- Next, we put the mixture in a cake mold and press with our fingers to firmly press the base into the mold
- We dissolve the jelly in hot water afterwards and without washing the glass, we put the cheese in our glass and mix 12 seconds / speed 4
- Add the cream and mix 30 seconds / speed 4
- We put the jelly through the hole of the beaker Next, we add the chocolate with caramel and mix 30 seconds / speed 5
- We pour the mixture into our mold on top of the cookies and then put the mold in the fridge for 10 hours, overnight.
- Finally cut and coat with caramel sauce and melted chocolate.
