Ingredients
820 grams of cooked chickpeas
50 grams of olive oil
Salt to taste
1 large onion
2 teaspoons ground cumin
A small splash of lemon juice
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon tahini sauce
½ bucket of water
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the onion in pieces and the oil to the glass. Program a
speed 5/5 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and reprogram to
spoon speed / 120º / 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and put the robot to work
speed 8/1 minute.
All that remains is to plate it, with a little paprika on top, along with bread or rolls.
