Ingredients
- 100 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 80 grams of cod crumbs
- 55 grams of clean spinach
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 garlic
- 100 grams of vegetable broth
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- Half a tablespoon of paprika and another half of cumin
- 35 grams of olive oil
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Add about 20 grams of oil to the glass of the robot and program to
- spoon speed / 100º / 1 minute.
- Then add a sliced garlic and program to
- spoon speed / Varoma temperature / 3 minutes.
- Remove the garlic and add the cod. Put the robot to work
- spoon speed / 100º / 2 minutes.
- Reserve the content.
- Add the spinach to the glass. Program a
- speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 2 minutes.
- Add the chickpeas, the other garlic, the salt, the pepper, the spices, the 15 grams of oil, the vegetable broth and the lemon juice. Put the Thermomix to work
