360 grams of macaroni
210 grams of cheddar cheese grated
500 grams of milk
40 grams of butter
105 grams of Gruyère cheese
40 grams of flour
Salt and ground pepper to taste
40 grams of butter
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 liter of water
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour the butter into the robot’s glass and program a
speed 3 / 90º / 3 minutes.
Then add the flour and program at
speed 3 / 90º / 3 minutes.
Then add the salt, milk and pepper. And put the robot to work
speed 3 / 90º / 6 minutes.
On the other hand, in a pot add the water and a little salt. When it is cooking, add the macaroni and cook for the time indicated on the pasta container.
After that time drain them and put them in a baking dish that you will have previously buttered.
In the robot’s glass, add the mustard with the Gruyère cheese and half the cheddar. Program a
speed 2,5 / 90º / 1 minute.
Then, add the rest of the cheddar and stir it well with a spatula.
Pour the contents of the glass into the macaroni and place the dish in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for about 15 minutes at about 210º more or less.
