240 grams of cebreiro cheese
2 yogurts
200 ml of liquid cream
200 ml of milk
3 eggs
170 grams of sugar
50 grams of cornstarch

Preheat the oven to 180º.
We put the cheese, the yogurts, the cream, the milk, the eggs, the sugar and the cornstarch in our thermomixel glass and we beat everything until we get a cream without lumps
