Ingredients for Carrot and Zucchini Tagliatelle
400 grams of carrots
400 grams of courgettes
500 grams of water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon of salt
Preparation of Tagliatelle of carrot and courgette
To begin the quick and easy preparation of these carrot and zucchini tagliatelle, you must, with the help of a potato peeler, remove the peel from the carrots and also with the same potato peeler, cut the carrots into thin and long slices. We will cut each one of them in half, also lengthwise.
Repeat the same procedure with the courgettes, so that each slice with visible skin is seen. Both vegetables will remain, until we simulate a tagliatelle.
