Black rice ingredients with thermomix

150 grams of onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of fresh parsley
70 grams of olive oil
2 cans of squid in its ink
60 grams of white wine
300 grams of rice
salt and pepper
1 sachet of squid ink
800 grams of fish broth

Preparation of black rice with thermomix

The first step that we are going to do is to place the parsley with the olive oil in our Thermomix bowl
with the garlic and onion and program
5 seconds / speed 5
once finished we will open the lid and with the spatula we will lower all the remains that have stuck to the sides of our glass
Then we reprogram
5 minutes / Varoma temperature / speed 2
in the next step we are going to add the white wine and we are going to remove it for which we program
4 minutes / speed 1 / varoma temperature (without putting the goblet so that it is for the best wine alcohol)
We add the rice
3 minutes / 100°C / counterclockwise rotation / ladle speed
Add the broth, pepper and salt and program
5 minutes / 100°C / counterclockwise rotation / progressive speed from 1-4
We cast the fish and reprogram
6 minutes / 100°C / left turn / progressive speed from 1-5
Lastly, through the voice, we put the squids in their ink and we program
