BASE
300 grams Oreo cookies (with the filling)
70 grams butter (melted)
STUFFED
680 grams cream cheese
200 grams sugar
45 grams pure cocoa powder
Vanilla
250 ml sour cream (fraichi) (240 ml cream with 10 ml lemon juice)
Drizzle of cherry liqueur (optional)
250 grams dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
4 eggs
COVERAGE
Cherry jam or jam

FRAICHÍ CREAM
