In order to prepare about four servings of this dish, you need to have the following products in the kitchen:
500 grams of cooked tripe.
1 medium onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
6 chorizo peppers clean.
Olive oil.
1 chilli pepper
350 milliliters of meat broth.
2 tablespoons of peppers sweet.
3 small slices of bread.
Salt to taste.
Biscayan tripe preparation with Thermomix
Once you have all the ingredients ready, proceed to follow these steps:
Peel the onion and the garlic cloves and then cut them into pieces, as you should also do with the chilli pepper.
Pour the garlic, onion and chilli pepper into the robot’s glass and program it to speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Then, add the paprika, the olive oil that you consider and program the Thermomix at speed 1 and temperature 100º for about 10 minutes.
Then, add the chorizo peppers, the broth and the bread to the mixture. Program at speed 1 for about 10 minutes and then turn it back to progressive speed 5-10 for 1 minute.
Pour in the tripe and salt. program to bucket speed and temperature 100º for 60 minutes.
