Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef tripe (clean)
- 1 kg Chorizo Black pudding onion
- 150 grams of Bacon
- 70 grams of oil

- 1 pinch saffron
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- A little bit of Laurel
- 2 garlic cloves
- Chilli to taste
- 50 ml of tomato sauce
- 700 grams broth to cook corns
Instructions
- We cook tripe in Madrid

- Finally we add the corns, broth, bay leaf, chilli, chorizo in pieces and we
- program 30 minutes / 100º / left turn, spoon speed.
- Another 10 minutes, 100º, left turn, without cup AND ready to eat
