Ingredients of Callos a la madrileña with thermomix

1 kg of beef tripe (clean)
70 grams Chorizo
onion blood sausage
150 grams of Bacon
70 grams of oil
30 grams flour
1 pinch of saffron
1/2 teaspoon paprika
a bit of laurel
2 cloves of garlic
chilli to taste
50 ml of tomato sauce
700 grams broth from cooking the tripe

Preparation of Callos a la madrileña with thermomix

We cook the tripe Madrid style

The first thing to see is that we have the corns clean and cut into squares of 2×2 cm more or less according to taste
They usually sell them clean, however I always clean them a little more
I put a pot on the fire with water that covers the tripe and I cook them for 5 minutes, then I take them out and drain
