Ingredients
410 grams of peeled, clean and raw prawns
300 grams of cream
32 grams of shallots
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon brandy
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the shallots to the robot’s glass and program a
speed 5/5 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add a tablespoon of oil. Program a
speed 1 / 120º / 3 minutes.
Then add the cream, brandy and pepper. Put the robot to work
