When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate below:
Let’s start with the dough. Pour all the ingredients of the aforementioned dough into the robot’s glass. program to
speed 6 / 15 seconds.
Then, on a surface, sprinkle a little flour and place the dough you have in the glass on it. Divide it into two parts. A part of this wrap it in plastic wrap and reserve it.
With the other part, stretch it well giving it a rectangle shape. Then, put it on a baking tray, previously lined with baking paper.
In said part that you have in the tray, put a layer of bacon, on top of it another layer of cooked ham, another layer of dates and finally one layer of cheese. Follow this same procedure until you finish with all these ingredients.
Then, take the other part of the reserved dough, shape it into a rectangle the same size as the previous one and put it on top of all the aforementioned layers. Press its edges so that the empanada is sealed, prick it with a fork several times and, finally, paint it with the beaten egg.
Finally, put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 30 minutes at 180º.
