1 can of green or white asparagus
1 sachet of asparagus cream
1 can of liquid cream
50 grams of margarine
5 Eggs
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
Preparation of asparagus pate with thermomix
To begin the preparation of this easy, fast and wonderful asparagus pâté with thermomix, you must drain the canned asparagus, removing as much of the canning liquid as possible.
Place them in the glass of the thermomix, to make them puree, program.

Once the asparagus are processed, pour them into a bowl and set aside.
Again, in the glass of the thermomix, clean and dry, place the butterfly, pour the liquid cream into the glass of the thermomix, preferably cold, program.

You must watch until the cream raises its volume, but without over-whipping as it can spoil.
Then, add the margarine to the preparation, along with the eggs, salt, pepper and the asparagus puree, program.

Once all the ingredients have been processed, add the asparagus pate preparation with Thermomix in a refractory mold and refrigerate for a couple of hours before consuming it.
If you want you can decorate it with piquillo peppers and olives on top. And accompany with crackers or toasted bread.
