Ingredients
1 kilo of sole
100 grams of olive oil
2 or 3 garlic
Chopped parsley to taste
300 grams of water
105 grams of white wine
1 little cabbage
1 bouillon cube
3 small carrots, sliced
2 medium potatoes cut into slices
Salt to taste
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Peel the garlic and add it to the glass. Program a
speed 6/3 seconds.
Add the oil and program at
spoon speed / 100º / 4 minutes.
Pour the wine into the glass and put the robot to work
spoon speed / 100º / 2 minutes.
Next, add the pill and the water. Place the basket in the robot and in that place both the potatoes, the cabbage and the carrots. Also, place the Varoma and put the fish in it and add a little salt. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Remove both the basket and the Varoma and add the parsley to the broth you have in the glass. Program at speed 3/5 seconds.
The only thing left to do is plate it by pouring the sauce in the glass over the fish and accompanying it with carrots, cabbage and potatoes.
