🫒 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
🌿 1 fennel bulb, grated
🥒 1 sliced zucchini
🌶 1 red pepper, in large cubes
🧄 1 clove of garlic, chopped
🧅 1 Red onion, in cubes
🍯 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
🧂 1 pinch of newly ground marine salt and pepper
🌱 3 twigs of fresh, chopped thyme
🥣 100 ml of vegetable broth
🍋 Mid Limón zest
🧀 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
🍝 600 g of Taglialle (homemade or bought)
If you have a pasta machine like the Philips Pastamakerprepare the taglialle following the instructions of the recipe book (with hard wheat flour, egg, water and salt). If not, you can use fresh or dry paste of good quality, cooking it in plenty of salt with salt until it is al dente.
The grated fennel, sliced zucchini, the red pepper in cubes, the red onion and the garlic put in a bowl. Add olive oil, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well for them to be impregnated.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 ºC.
Introduces vegetables into the basket and kitchen during 9–10 minutesstirring once halfway. Add the fresh thyme and vegetable broth so that juices are integrated.
