Protein yogurt ingredients with thermomix

  • 90 g UHT skimmed milk, 0.1% fat, chilled (preferably in the freezer 1 hour before)
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 small pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp 2.5 g xylitol or saccharin
  • 10g protein powder

Preparation of protein yogurt with thermomix

  1. Place the slightly frozen milk in a tall mug (or mixing bowl).
  2. Add ice cubes and puree
  3. 5 seconds / speed 9
  4. we put the butterfly on the blades
  5. then beat for a few minutes until the milk is thick like cream
  6. 3 minutes / speed 4
  7. Add the sugar and protein powder and beat again briefly.
  8. Serve immediately.
