- To get four servings of this recipe, you must have the following products:
- Several thin slices of fresh salmon, previously frozen to avoid anisakis.
- 300 - 350 grams of rice
- 1 liter of water.
- 35 - 40 grams of salt.
- 80 grams of sugar.
- 200 - 250 grams of rice vinegar
Instructions
- Once you have all the products in the kitchen, you have to put on your apron and start preparing the recipe in question:
- The first thing is to prepare the dressing that will be used for the nigiris.
- To do this, pour the vinegar, sugar and salt into the Thermomix glass. It will be programmed at temperature 80º and speed 2 for about 4 minutes.
- Then the result will be reserved and left to cool.
- Next, the rice will be prepared. Pour the water into the robot and program it at variable temperature and speed 1 for about 8 minutes.
- After this time, add the rice, previously washed, and reprogram the Thermomix at rod temperature and speed 2 for 15 minutes.
- Then, remove the excess water from the rice and cool it down with a fan or similar.
- Then add seven or eight spoonfuls of the dressing to the rice and mix well. Rice balls with the size of a croquette will be made, wetting your hands with water, and then put on top a thin sheet of salmon.
