Ingredients
- To be able to prepare this dish, what you must do, first of all, is to manage to gather the following products, which will allow you to obtain approximately six portions:
- 1 garlic clove.
- 500 grams of watermelon.
- Vinegar.
- Salt.
- Olive oil.
- 500 grams of tomatoes.
- Some people also add a little cucumber or pepper.
- However, this is already a matter of personal taste.
Instructions
- Once you have all these products in the kitchen, put on your apron and start making this really simple gazpacho:
- You proceed to peel the garlic.
- Remove the skin and seeds from the watermelon and then cut it up. Then introduce all the ingredients in the glass of the Thermomix, except the vinegar, the salt and the olive oil.
- Then program the robot at speed 5 for one minute.
- Then program it again but at progressive speed 5 - 10 for one minute.
- After this time, add the olive oil, salt and vinegar.
- Finally, program the Thermomix again at turbo speed for two seconds.
- And that's it. You will have prepared a tasty watermelon gazpacho in a simple way, but you will have to serve it very cold. So, once you have finished the recipe, pour it into a container and put it in the fridge.
