280 grams of dark zucchini
30 grams of toasted almonds or peanuts
30 grams of pistachios
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
50 grams of basil
½ clove of garlic
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Preparation of Zucchini Pesto with the Thermomix

To begin the preparation of this delicious zucchini pesto with the Thermomix, place the almonds (or peanuts) and pistachios in the Thermomix bowl and program.
8 seconds / Speed 8.
