Preparation of white nougat with gluten-free pistachios with thermomix

1. We start by grating all the chocolate, for which we program
2. 10 seconds / speed 8
3. and reserve the chopped chocolate in a bowl
4. place the butter and condensed milk in our Thermomix bowl and program
5. 5 minutes / 60º C / speed 2
6. We add the white chocolate that we had reserved chopped and we program
7. 1 minute / 60º C / speed 3
8. we put the peeled pistachios and we return to program
9. 20 seconds / speed 2
10. We line the mold we have for our nougat with parchment paper (if we do not have a special mold, we can take a tetrabrick and cut it horizontally in half, which would give us a mold with the size of a nougat tablet)
11. We put all the dough in our mold and let it cool to room temperature and our white nougat with pistachios will be ready… enjoy it
