Nut and date spread cream ingredients with thermomix

250 grams of roasted and salted macadamia nuts
125 grams of dates
1 dry vanilla bean
100 grams of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of cream to spread walnuts and dates with thermomix

First, place all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl or in your favorite kitchen robot. Make sure the macadamia nuts are roasted and salted to give this spread an extra special flavor. Add the tonka bean, recycled dried vanilla bean, extra virgin olive oil, and pitted Medjool dates.
Then, turn on the Thermomix or your kitchen robot and blend all the ingredients for approximately
3 minutes / speed 8
Don’t forget to scrape down the sides of the bowl every minute to make sure the cream falls to the bottom and is in contact with the blades.
This will ensure that all the flavors blend perfectly and you get a smooth and creamy texture.
Once you’re done blending, pour the cream into a sterilized jar. You can sterilize the jar in the varoma of your Thermomix or another sterilization method that you prefer.
