Ingredients
- 200 grams of yellow onions, cut into pieces
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 grams of carrots, cut into pieces
- 100 grams of celery, cut into pieces
- ½ bunch of fresh parsley, leaves and tender stems
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves only
- 5-8 sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves only
- 2-3 dried porcini mushrooms, in pieces
- 100 grams of salt
Instructions
- We put in our thermomix glass the carrots in pieces, the onion in pieces, the celery also in pieces and the parsley, the rosemary, the mushrooms and the thyme and we chop all the ingredients 8 seconds / speed 8
- We lower with the spatula the remains stuck to the sides of our glass We add the salt and we chop again 8 seconds / speed 8

- At this stage we preheat the oven to 150º C
- Put a baking tray covered with baking paper, pass the vegetables from our thermomix glass to the baking tray and distribute the vegetables evenly and bake for 90 minutes at 150º C
- We let it cool down and then we break the mixture to pieces
- With our clean and dry thermomix, we put the pieces in it and program 40 seconds / speed 8
Notes CONSERVATION : in an airtight glass jar, it is kept in the refrigerator and lasts several months
SALT: many people find a lot of SALT, take into account that only a teaspoon is used in our dishes, so the salt is normal.
