Vegetable soy burgers
Ingredients
- 100 grams of dried chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large carrot, chopped

- 50 grams of roasted sunflower seeds
- 50 grams toasted sesame
- 70 grams of fine textured soy
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 grams of water
- 2 eggs
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
Instructions
- Pour the chickpeas into the glass and crush 30 seconds / speed 5 -10
- progressively.
